One of the best reliable business that would not rip you. Called Stephen for gutter cleaning and agreed for the quote. However he suggested drone inspection to check if cleaning is needed rather than getting on the roof, spraying and simply getting the money. Did great with drone inspection and send a clean report and we did not need cleaning. It is so hard to find Honest and reliable business like Stephen's these days. And surely I will only call Stephen for any future to do with the roof. Thanks a lot Stephen.

Stephen is highly recommended - prompt and professional with great communication, providing excellent customer service and exceeding expectations. Steve showed and explained the different products, demonstrating great attention to detail to select the correct product and colour and professionally installed with care. We contacted Steve throughout the process as we needed some guttering replaced (he recommended a fabulous plumber to do the gutter replacement) and with multiple roof types (slate, colorbond and bullnose) and colours on our house, Steve was readily available and kindly consulted with us and made extra trips and calls to assist. Steve installed gutter guard just on 10 years ago, and I had him back just now to clean out moss and stuff that had accumulated in a few spots. The front of the house, under a huge street plane tree was perfectly clear, and it only took him a short time to remove and reinstall the rest of the guard and clean out a few trouble spots. This is a great product that has kept my gutters functioning well for 10 years, and to be able to get this level of after sales support is a real bonus, and at a very reasonable price.

Stephen did a superb job installing my gutter guards. He went the extra mile to ensure that the guards were exactly the right type for my tiles and they fitted perfectly. He also explained the difference in quality offered by the competitors and when I got a quote from two other suppliers, Stephens' proved to be the best quality by far and a comparable price. Stephen also cleaned out my gutters before fitting the guards and he removed all the debris caught in the downpipes, he also fixed a couple of loose tiles and other little things that he found on my roof.
